Welcome to AapnaAonla. By accessing or using our website and hyperlocal multi-vendor marketplace platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
AapnaAonla acts strictly as a neutral technology provider. We connect local customers with independent third-party vendors (shops) offering food, confectionery, and pharmaceutical products. We do not manufacture, sell, prepare, store, or deliver any products directly. All sales transactions are exclusively between the customer and the respective vendor.
You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to create an account and place orders on the platform. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including session tokens and passwords, and are liable for all actions taken under their accounts.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: placing fake orders, exploiting pricing discrepancies, submitting duplicate or abusive reviews, and using automated scripts to scrap site data or initiate denial of service actions.
Vendors are solely responsible for product descriptions, stock counts, pricing, safety standards, and fulfillment of orders. For pharmaceutical products, vendors are legally obligated to verify prescriber documentation where required by Indian law. AapnaAonla is not responsible for wrong, damaged, or poor quality goods provided by merchant stores.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to accounts at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or general disruption of the marketplace integrity.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
